This package is the most popular. The selected images of your wedding are presented in a GF Smith'A4' 'Rhapsody' wedding album which is available in portrait or landscape format. You also have a choice of the standard colours of black or ivory. The albums can come in alternative cover designs and materials, which incur additional expense.
The albums use slip-in style leaves, which allow freedom of design and quality of presentation. The 'A4' page layouts reflect contemporary magazine or the story board style, giving a much less formal presentation when compared with the traditional wedding album. The album layout can be created to your own particular wishes.
At a typical summer wedding I may take from 500 to 650 images, making sure I capture the whole story and emotions of the day. From these images, I choose the best and present around 140 to 200 edited images that can be considered for your wedding album. I will send via e-mall, low res copyrighted images, you can tell me which images you definitely want including and those you do not want in your album.
The page layouts are created by the photographer, small low res copyrighted images will be sent via e-mail for your approval, before the full size images are sent to the photographic printers. If you want to change a small number of images in the layouts, this will be carried out to your instructions. However, if you wish to alter more than 4 pages this will incur an additional charge at £30 per page.
The starting price for GF Smith albums is £820 and £915 for the 'Mario Acerboni 'A4' Digital Albums.
Each page of an album holds an image on each side, therefore:
12 page album holds: 24 x 'A4' images (GF Smith Only)
15 page album holds: 30 x 'A4' images
18 page album holds: 36 x 'A4' images
20 page album holds: 40 x 'A4' images
When booking my services a pre-wedding meeting can be arranged in the comfort of your own home to discuss the photographic coverage you require and also give you the opportunity to look at actual printed examples of my work. To commission me for the date of your wedding a booking fee of £100 is required, which is part of the total cost of the package.
A further deposit will be required and is due for payment eight weeks before the wedding day. This additional payment will bring the total paid to 50% of the value of the package you have chosen. The remaining 50% of the fee is to be paid on delivery of the album.
